HR Administration / Payroll Officer

AWX are seeking an experienced HR Administration / Payroll Officer to join the team in Stirling, Western Australia.

This contract position commences in August 2018 up to the 30th June 2019.

The primary function of this role is to ensure accuracy, quality, intergrity, efficiency and maintenance of the Human Resources and Payroll functions within the department.

Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, this role requires the successful encumbent to manage mutiple tasks and administrative functions whilst providing support to the Payroll and Human Resources Team.

Knowledge, Skills & Essential Key Criteria;

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in either Human Resources or Payroll
  • Very strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent and accurate data entry and administrative skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Have a good understanding of effective document control systems and procedures to maintain the HRIS system
  • Previous experience with Ascender / Alesco or other HR/ Payroll systems is highly regarded
  • Possess a "Can-Do" Attitude and willingness to take on any tasks as required
  • National Police Clearance (up to 3 Months)
