Salary: AUD 135,154.00 per annum plus Superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the full time position)

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Integrated Planning and Reporting Manager to lead the ongoing refinement of our unified strategy and planning documents in line with the requirements of the NSW Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
The role will facilitate the development of appropriate business plans and performance measures for the organisation encompassing Sustainable Sydney 2030, and related strategies and plans, so that progress towards achieving the strategies, outcomes, projects, activities and targets can be reliably measured, monitored and articulated to Council, Executive and interested stakeholders.
The role will also contribute to the development and implementation of organisational wide strategy management processes, and liaise with the strategy development units to coordinate a consistent strategy development and monitoring cycle, linked with the integrated planning and reporting cycle, framework and systems.
Success in this role will require a professional with the highest calibre of corporate planning expertise, communication skills and the capacity to effectively collaborate and partner with the Executive, senior managers, and a range of other internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, you will possess a relevant business oriented degree and demonstrated experience in strategic corporate planning and/or business performance improvement. You will have highly developed communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes with people at all levels. Demonstrated project management and research skills are also required. Post graduate studies would be highly regarded.
