An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Sourcing Team in the Procurement Unit.

The Sourcing Team is responsible for managing and coordinating expression of interests, tenders, quotations, contracts, providing tender and procurement advice and developing, implementing and promoting strategies and policies.

In this position you will coordinate services relating to the tendering function and contracts within an environment of continuous improvement.

The position is suitable for an experienced procurement candidate or someone looking to develop a procurement career with access to suitable training and educational benefits.

The successful candidate will operate effectively in an autonomous environment while being comfortable working within a larger team. Clear and concise written and oral communications skills, ability to deliver high quality customer service, as well as the ability to prioritise and deal with conflicting priorities in a high volume environment are essential and will ensure success in the position. A solid working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software products is desirable.
