This newly created role will lead changes to lift the value of the Payroll, Remunerations and Benefits functions for the benefit of the City and its employees. As Remuneration and Benefits Coordinator you will play a key role by providing expert knowledge of best remuneration and benefits practise to ensure legislative compliance and relevant policies & procedures are adhered to.
The Remuneration and Benefits Coordinator will:
As the successful candidate, you wil be a proven and successful Remuneration and Benefits professional with a high degree of experience across multiple industries. You will possess a strong customer focus, have proven track record of delivering high quality solutions to Remuneration and Benefits programs and be experienced in process and system improvements. Experience with Payroll and Time and Attendance systems is essential, preferably Chris21 and Kronos.
