Human Resources (HR) plays a vital role in supporting our organisation, and the breadth of our function is significant. HR is made up of three main areas: Group People Services (GPS), Centres of Expertise (CoE) and Business Unit HR (BU HR).
Do work that matters
As the HR Solutions Consultant your role will be critical in supporting the HR systems and processes across our Group, including the configuration and maintenance of Peoplelink- our Learning Management System (LMS).You will support end users and the Learning and Development community within CBA Group to enable achievement of HR’s strategy and business priorities.
You will support the team with:
Execution of learning function work requests from Learning and Development (L&D) teams according to designed learning solutions
Working with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into Peoplelink LMS functionality
Proactively review and recommend improvement in methods, tools and techniques to continuously improve productivity and quality within the L&D community.
Perform test plan execution, prototyping and results analysis of new/changed functionality
Maintain end to end business processes and supporting templates
Identify and recommend potential enhancements to current functionality to support the learning communities evolving needs
Support up skilling of L&D community in functionality and business processes
Complete regular maintenance patch testing for optimisation
Escalate user support enquiries to L&D Teams (content-related) or Talent Development (policy-related) as required
Provide expertise in identifying business requirements and documenting the mapping and modelling of business processes
Development and execution of HR System requests, such as surveys and HR Notifications according to agreed policy and business rules and within SLA
Provide guidance in change management initiatives
Analyse and document business requirements
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Excellent customer service skills, including ability to understand requirements and consult stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive and displays a ‘can do’ attitude
Proven experience in HR systems and processes (ideal)
Background in Learning and Development design, delivery or administration
Strong interest in technology
Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage numerous activities in parallel
Sound experience with Learning Management Systems and E-learning/online learning
