Working within the specialist Digital, Technology and Analytics Talent Acquisition team, this role will join a team of specialists who are responsible for recruiting the people who will maintain and expand CommBank's place at the forefront of technology innovation and delivery.
This role will support the Data, Analytics & Engineering portfolio to attract, select and engage the best talent to meet current and future capability needs.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role is key to delivering the right talent at the right time to support the Group's vision and strategy.
You will deliver value through:
Identifying and hiring the right talent to support the business strategy
Protecting and enhancing Group's reputation, culture and brand
Building talent pools and enabling career mobility for our employees
Minimising the risks associated with recruiting talent
Actively coach and up-skill hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques
What will make you successful?
You will have an IT or Data and Analytics recruitment background and be passionate about this space
You are highly efficient at balancing various priories to deliver on key business outcomes in a team environment
You are an outstanding communicator with proven track record of coaching leaders to ensure great hiring outcomes
