Working within the specialist Digital, Technology and Analytics Talent Acquisition team, this role will join a team of specialists who are responsible for recruiting the people who will maintain and expand CommBank's place at the forefront of technology innovation and delivery.

This role will support the extremely high profile Cyber Security team to attract, select and engage the best talent to meet current and future capability needs.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your role is key to delivering the right talent at the right time to support the Group's vision and strategy.

You will deliver value through:

  • Identifying and hiring the right talent to support the business strategy
  • Protecting and enhancing Group's reputation, culture and brand
  • Building talent pools and enabling career mobility for our employees
  • Minimising the risks associated with recruiting talent
  • You will collaborate closely across a large Talent Acquisition community to continuously improve our service offering and execution in all of these areas

What will make you successful?

  • You will be a current Cyber Security recruiter. It is such a niche market that existing candidate relationships will be key to success 
  • With so many stakeholders some tough conversations are inevitable, so you’ll need to be confident in defining and clarifying business requirements
  • Ability to identify and implement a variety of sourcing and selection approaches to meet the businesses' current and future workforce needs
