Talent Acquisition Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will have a hands on role and be responsible for leading the Bank’s Talent Acquisition operations, ensuring our brand as a premium employer whilst meeting the recruitment needs of the organisation. Your strong leadership and consultation skills will drive the direction of the team and wider business to support RBA’s talent strategy and hiring demands. About the role

Within this role you will:

  • Lead a team of five talent acquisition consultants, coaching, guiding and leading the team to successful outcomes
  • Own and input into key talent initiatives including (EVP, succession planning, candidate experience, mobility management, diversity and inclusion).
  • Drive simplification and increase productivity across the team.
  • Ensure that recruitment and selection processes are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and maximise the use of recruitment technology. Deliver metrics on recruitment management effectiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation of key recruitment activities including: graduate and internship recruitment programs; the recruitment of senior roles; vendor sourcing; and effective vendor management.
  • Work with HRBPs and Bank management to deliver effective workforce planning outcomes. Support workforce planning through delivering appropriate recruitment and sourcing solutions.
  • Monitor recruitment and sourcing developments in other organisations and maintain contact with professional bodies with the aim of proposing ongoing improvements.

Skills and Experience

You will bring the following to the team:

  • Your strong leadership capability. You will have prior hands on experience managing teams and consulting with the HR Department and wider business to achieve strategic recruitment objectives
  • Experience in developing and championing employer branding, EVP work and communications across the business
  • Previously have assisted with wider business issues and helping the broader HR tea
  • A good understanding of workforce planning and the connection between Talent Acquisition, other Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partnership teams
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment, selection and sourcing techniques and the use of technology in recruitment
  • Advanced knowledge of effective delivery of recruitment metrics and data analysis
  • Experience in coaching and uplifting the capability of managers
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to structure thoughts in a clear and logical way

Relevant tertiary qualifications are required for this position. Experience with Talent Development initiatives will be valued but is not essential.
