Financial Data and Systems Analyst

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for leading change, enabling sustainability and efficiency. We are seeking an experienced systems professional who can drive continuous improvement and business automation of financial and business systems, processes, procedures and reporting.

In this newly created role you will lead the ongoing implementation and development of systems to meet business needs, financial objectives and statutory reporting requirements. This role will also support the organisation to ensure the integrity of Council’s financial systems, identifying and resolving integration and reconciliation issues and process deficiencies. Key systems include Technology One and Pathways.

You will support coordinators and system users with improvements in process, data and connectivity for receipts, payments, reconciliations and relevant budget and community engagement projects. This will include training, engagement, and establishing internal user groups where needed for support of back end users.
