A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent is required and experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Key aspects of the role include providing timely and accurate financial advice to our clients, assisting with statutory reporting requirements and obligations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Council's financial management systems, input into the annual operating/capital budgeting process and an ongoing commitment to refining existing business processes.
