The City of Stonnington has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator Risk and Integrity to join our Risk, Safety & Assurance Team on a permanent full time basis, located at our modern and sustainable office on Glenferrie Road.
In this position, you will coordinate the activities and functions of the Risk and Integrity Unit and ensure an effective risk minimisation culture throughout Council. To achieve this, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Risk Management Program including associated Risk Registers as well as providing specialist risk advice to other Departments. This role is integral in developing and implementing policies, systems, procedures and strategies aimed at minimising risks and exposures associated with Council functions including public and property risks.
You will have tertiary qualifications in Risk Management (or related discipline) and experience conducting risk assessments and security audits, as well as the development and implementation of risk registers, risk management policies, systems, procedures and strategies. Additionally, you will have the demonstrated ability to manage, counsel, train and motivate individual staff in a risk environment, as well as positively contributing to the team.
