About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional – you will be in a team of two delivering end to end payroll for approximately 400 employees on a fortnightly basis. As part of the broader People and Culture team you will be the main point of contact for payroll queries and advice.  It is imperative that you have extensive knowledge and experience in all functions associated with payroll.

Role Requirements

We're seeking the following skills and experience;

  • Previous payroll experience utilising a HR Management System (preferably Ascender but not essential)
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll requirements, including legislation and taxation implications
  • Ability to manage end-to end payroll processing
  • Ability to interpret and implement award, enterprise agreement and policy conditions
  • Highly developed interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and autonomy
  • Ability to learn quickly
