About the role
The Communications Specialist supports the development and distribution of internal and external communications messages, assisting with internal activities and corporate events, and ensuring all communications are relevant and aligned to the company's brand position and key messages.  This role also has primary responsibility for maintaining State Trustees' Intranet site.

This team is responsible for sharing with the Victorian community what matters most to State Trustees - we want to eliminate financial abuse via education and awareness and ensure that those things that matter most to our clients are protected and their legacy is passed on to their loved ones.

Role Requirements
To be successful and achieve greatly in this role we are looking for an individual who is tertiary qualified in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related field.

You will have sound experience in contributing to a company's brand social media presence with an ability to write content for a captive audience. Possess fluency and proficiency in social media metrics and platforms and be able to formulate reports and presentation preparation.
