About the Team
The Professional Services Division work in partnership with the Trustee Services and Financial Administration Services Divisions to provide a range of specialist professional services to support State Trustees clients. These Services include financial planning, taxation advice, property sales, conveyancing, and client legal advice. A key focus for the Division is maintaining currency and market knowledge in the service areas in which it operates.

About the Role
As a Project Manager in Professional Services, you will be critical in the successful management of a property related in-house servicing project. You will do this by ensuring that what is delivered builds on internal capability, creating a new revenue source for our organisation and benefits our clients whilst improving on our existing service delivery model.

Skills and Experience

  • Project Management certification/post graduate business qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in start up businesses and/or real estate
  • Demonstrated ability to compile and create businesses cases for Executives and Boards
  • Significant experience in managing projects, working with governance and quality control processes, financial management, change management and reporting
  • Experience delivering agile projects within time and budget
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead change projects, provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks and solve problems
  • Ability to develop highly effective working relationships
