Continuous Improvement Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement, we are currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join Rabobank on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be responsible for improving the over-all performance of Rabobank Australia and New Zealand (RANZG) through agile and FOCUS ways of working. The role will build a culture of continuous improvement across all of RANZG as well as supporting and coaching business units during deployment of process improvements. Day to day the role is responsible for leading, delivering and managing improvement projects in line with Rabobanks strategic agenda. The role will coach employees and teams in Lean Six Sigma, Agile and FOCUS methodologies and develop and share best practices therefore excellent relationship management and communication skills are essential.

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to gather, synthesize and analyse data and draw logical conclusions along with a minimum of 3 years within improvement capacity. You will have experience in project management with sound knowledge of rural and commercial industries. Your ability to influence key stakeholders, understand stakeholder needs and seek opportunities to collaborate will set you in good stead. Your ability to deliver Lean Six Sigma White Belt or Yellow Belt training and certification is what will set you apart in this role. Your experience in a financial services environment is preferable so you can bring your sound understanding of banking compliance operations to the role.
