Maternity Leave Vacancy to September 2018
This position is responsible for leading the development and management of the Whitehorse Business Improvement Program aimed at delivering robust business process and recommendations and for influencing cultural change to embrace best process practice in all Council operations.
In this role you will ensure approved Continuous Improvement projects follow the A3 methodology and develop criteria for project completion whilst ensuring robust benefit methodology. The successful candidate will, drive program definition and awareness in addition creating a collaborative and supportive partnership with all departments.
The successful applicant will have relevant tertiary qualifications, significant successful experience in a continuous improvement environment, successful history in leading effective customer service, demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills as well as being competent with the principles and application of continuous improvement practices and processes.
