Are you a qualified Accountant with at least 5 years' experience looking for your next exciting role?

We are looking for someone to join our existing team where you will be responsible for a blended role that ensures all financial and management reporting is delivered in a timely manner, whilst continually identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake analysis and provide information for the evaluation of technical accounting options, long term financing decisions and investment analysis
• Complete month end journals and management reports
• Accountable for the calculation and submission of BAS, FBT and payroll tax
• Build processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure all internal and external reporting is provided in a timely and accurate manner, including the completion of the Annual Report and Statement of Corporate Intent

Skills and Experience

• Qualifications as a CA/CPA, as well as demonstrated recent experience as an Accountant
• 3+ years in a medium to large commercial industrial organisation
• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm highly advantageous
• Highly motivated within a team environment
