About the Role

They are looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded strategic marketer to join the team. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for planning, implementing and building marketing strategies that support the growth of the business. They are looking for someone who is passionate about building the brand and company as well as being hands on.

• Play a key role in the growth of the brand and help deliver on the purpose as well as work on projects from insights right through to execution
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights
• Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

About the Candidate

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate will be not just technically proficient (with at least 7 years experience in a similar environment but also be a high-energy 'make things happen' person.

• Mix of B2B and B2C experience with the ability to think strategically, plan and execute with quality
• Diverse marketing experience (e.g. across media, comms, digital, brand, social, events) with a track record of outcome delivery
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Keen to roll your sleeves up, get involved, and help build a successful company and attractive culture
