Client Services Officer (Personal Property Securities)
You will be a key member of a collaborative team within this Government agency that is responsible for managing the application of bankruptcy and personal property securities laws through the delivery of high-quality personal insolvency and trustee, regulation and enforcement, and personal property securities services. The role of the Personal Property Security Officer (PPSO) is to support activities that increase public confidence in the Agency’s ability to administer the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) and regulate the Personal Properties Securities system. The PPSO protects and improves the integrity and operation of the PPSR in order to deliver effective services and compliance outcomes. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
