HRIS (Aurion) Product Manager 

About the role
As a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Product Manager, specifically for Aurion, you will develop, enhance, maintain and manage the HRIS function for internal and external stakeholders. 

You will:

  • Lead, manage and build an Enterprise Recourse Planning (ERP) Systems - HRIS product team to deliver high quality work and performance outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team performance in an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement and change.
  • Provide HRIS/ Aurion technical expertise to ensure accurate interpretation and application of legislation
  • Create and continuously improve and review the ERP systems; standard operating procedures, policies, processes and practices to ensure efficient and effective Human Resource and Finance operations. 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely with a focus on evidence based decision making
  • Agile, positive attitude that responds flexibly in an ever changing working environment
  • Ability to deliver quality outcomes for clients, by utilising human-centred design and implementation principles to improve delivery of services
  • Three years’ experience as an Aurion Systems Administrator – essential
  • Experience managing a team, in addition, a tertiary qualification in Finance or Human Resources (or working towards) is highly desirable
