Service Delivery is responsible for the design, build, run and monitoring of services to customers of Cenitex. This includes the detail design and development work; the delivery of project work; the provision of a stable production environment; the monitoring of the production environment for customer impacts; a delivery incubator for new services; and ensuring strong delivery assurance across all services being delivered to Cenitex customers.

Reporting to the Team Lead- Service Asset & Configuration Management, this role will support the business by providing daily data administration relating to assets owned and/or managed by Cenitex. This will include ensuring data is consistent between Cenitex's Configuration Management Database and Fixed Asset Registers by cross checking against both internal and external sources as well as identifying and supporting future data and process improvements.

About you:
As an experienced Asset Analyst, you will be familiar with working with Financial Management Systems within a large complex ICT environment. You will enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external teams and possess a high level of attention to detail. You will also have excellent Microsoft Office Excel skills, with experience spreadsheet modelling.
