Creative Senior Digital Engagement Manager

About The Role
Our digital team has recently moved to a new Continuous Delivery Model, where we are responsible for Building Digital Capabilities that improve customer and Banker experiences, using Agile methodology.  Your goal is to develop a cohesive stakeholder, banker and customer communications strategy and framework (that can be applied in the current operating model), which will support the agreed strategic priorities.
As the Senior Digital Engagement Manager, you will be expected to develop a consistent voice for our customer across our Digital Channels, as well as develop and deliver customer communications that are innovative and delights our customers.  You will be working closely with the Digital Content Management team to re-write current content that relates to our Digital Channels via ANZ.
In addition, you will support of strategic programs of work that impact the Digital business. You will be creating a framework that connects day-to-day communications across our four Australian Digital Channels including goMoney, Internet Banking, and Enterprise Mobility, and be able to provide a consistent tone, look and feel.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Skills and experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to produce, consult and follow through on significant communications plans and strategies
  • Makes sound and timely decisions and demonstrates reliability and calmness in high-pressure situations
  • Build relationships in a collaborative manner, coaches and supports others
  • Commercial thinker, able to demonstrate in-depth customer insight and act on opportunities
  • Written communications reflects strong understanding of ANZ’s business and the market
