About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Culture, Leadership, Learning and Performance, the Senior Manager, Culture, Performance and Engagement will have the opportunity to contribute strategically in a meaningful way to the Bank’s transformation. ANZ is undertaking a purpose and values led transformation, shifting its culture to embrace new agile ways of working and becoming a digital bank. In this role you will take accountability for defining and managing our global performance management approach and our employee engagement strategy, re-aligning these critical people processes to fit with our new strategic direction. You will also play a critical role in supporting our cultural transformation

About You
As a Senior Manager, Culture, Performance and Engagement you will bring the following attributes, capabilities, and experience:

  • Strong experience in, and a passion for Organisational Development
  • Consulting experience (internal or external)
  • Large scale change management/project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to naturally influence senior business and HR stakeholders, external providers and peers in other functions
  • Experience with performance management and engagement 
  • Experience in managing and leading an outperforming team
