As the Technology Product Owner for Environmental Social Governance (ESG), you will directly support a key strategic priority that enables ANZ’s strategy to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of customers.

The Product Owner is responsible for creating, prioritising and executing a delivery roadmap with Institutional business partners to deliver strategic, innovative technology solutions that enable ANZ and its customers to meet ESG imperatives.

As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for:

  • Shaping the ESG technology roadmap, through partnership with business stakeholders, vendors and industry experts
  • Creating and maintaining trusting relationships with partners to execute strategy, whilst balancing risk and budget
  • Leading the team that shapes and governs the technology solutions under Institutional’s ESG program
  • Advocating for sustainable and well-balanced solutions, that deliver value without compromising on quality
  • Being an ambassador for ESG within Technology

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 and open to other Australian locations: Sydney, Brisbane

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week). Open to flexible working arrangements, such as part-time and differing work hours.
