About The Role
Role Location:  839 Collins St, Docklands VIC 3008 (may also be open to Sydney)
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
 
As a senior Talent and Culture Consultant for the Global Health and Safety squad, you will work with the Team Lead to ensure the squad provides high quality customer service and W&S programs that align to the risk profiles and business priorities.  You will be “go to” point for other members of the squad for technical matters. You will be key in the onboarding and ongoing mentoring of other members of the team.  
 
You will provide advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, navigating solutions and taking accountability for the employee experience in everything you do. You will be a trusted professional, working across the organization, providing operational and strategic Wellbeing and Safety support. 
 
You will be the voice of the customer to ensure the W&S function provides high quality customer service and provision of W&S programs that align to the Divisions risk profile and business priorities, support the Divisions with quality W&S solutions that are business practical, guiding the Divisions and W&S team to minimise regulatory exposure from W&S events and influencing as well as supporting the implementation of ANZ WS strategies across the Divisions
 
You will provide W&S strategic insights and analysis to Divisional Leaders and the W&S Leadership Team.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Demonstrated strong operational experience working in Safety and Wellbeing
  • Qualification in health and safety or related discipline
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in Health & Safety in a large organisation
  • Strong coaching, negotiating, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to influence and make a positive impact at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
  • Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships
  • Superior negotiating, influencing, consulting and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
