People Consulting Manager

Human Resources (HR) are the custodians of the employee experience. We support each of CommBank’s business units from recruiting for their talented teams, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs. This role sits within the Organisational Development Chapter Area and will be part of the Consulting Skills Chapter with a focus on supporting key HR ambitions.  

Do work that matters:

As a People Consulting Manager, you will have an initial focus on supporting Graduate Community Experience squad, with an ambition to become the number 1 Grad Program in Australia.

You will contribute to key outcomes in the squad, including but not limited to the following:

• Exploring the current graduate community experience, and future needs analysis
• Developing what the future graduate experience could look like
• Piloting and refining solutions for implementation

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• HR or Consulting experience, adept in Conceptual Thinking and familiar with Human-Centered Design, Systems Thinking, Lean, and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders and applying a range of communication strategies to influence and drive business-aligned solutions.
• Experienced conducting comprehensive data analysis to address HR challenges and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, while strictly adhering to privacy standards.
• Familiarity with matrix structures and Pace (agile ways of working) would be advantageous.
