Program Delivery - Operations Officer

Your future at the RIC:
As the Operations Officer, you will assist the four Executive Managers within the Program Delivery division with the overall and daily operations of the department to ensure business processes and functions flow smoothly.

The Operations Officer will be responsible for providing professional, accurate and efficient Executive Manager support, as well as coordination and administration services by applying knowledge of Government protocols and administration policies, processes, and procedures.

What you will do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Managers within the Program Delivery department
  • Support the team leaders, supervisors and managers to build a cohesive culture.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence within the business units for distribution to internal and external clients
  • Attend meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Executive diary, travel and credit card management, as well as process and verify invoices to be sent to accounts payable
  • Maintain relevant policies and procedures,
  • Be the primary point of contact within Program Delivery for onboarding activities for new staff
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational activities and ensure exceptional project delivery.

  • Salary range $87,210 - $96,900 per annum + superannuation
  • Relevant qualifications (Certificate or above) in Business Administration or similar
  • Demonstrated administration skills with proven experience in providing executive support to senior management
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in records management administration and systems
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume environment with a high level of accuracy
