Swim School Team Leader - Bluewater Leisure Centre

Temporary Part-Time, Fixed Term

20 hours per week

 In this 80% administration and 20% direct service role in aquatics, you will lead staff by example proficiently delivering aquatic programs, as well as administrating the aquatic program to a high standard.

The key objectives of the Swim School Team Leader are to:

Develop the aquatic program, the ability to further promote and grow program numbers at Bluewater Leisure Centre

Build Bluewater’s reputation for delivering excellent aquatic services, through your positive approach to serving customers and building staff morale.

Assist Aquatic Coordinator in implementing and reviewing a safe, effective and efficient swim school program at Bluewater Leisure Centre
