Manager of Finance


Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced person, with (preferably) a sound knowledge of local government finance for the above role. This is an ideal opportunity for the right person to either progress or consolidate their career in Local Government and to join a small professional team in providing services to the community.

This is a permanent position which may be undertaken on either a full or part time basis 

Wagin is a substantial family friendly town with excellent educational, medical, recreational and shopping amenities. The town is proud of its rich heritage and supports a wide range of sporting and community organisations. 

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant within the range of Level 8 to 9 of the Local Government Officers (Western Australia) Award 2021. Housing and other subsidies will also apply.
